We want you to love your Rock Candy piece. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns on new, unworn pieces within 30 days of purchase. We also stand behind the quality of our jewelry—if your piece breaks under normal wear within 1 year, we will gladly re-string it for you. While our jewelry is made to handle everyday life and can get wet, prolonged exposure to pools, hot tubs, and harsh chemicals may cause tarnishing over time and is NOT covered under our warranty.
We ask that customers collect and return all stones with broken piece so we can re-string it for you.
Return shipping of products is not covered by Rock Candy Jewels.

Rock Candy Jewels offers FREE SHIPPING anywhere within Canada for all order over $75 CAD before tax. For orders less than $75, we offer $10 flat rate shipping.
